Currently the council has 30 elected members, each representing a different population within the Eller College of Management.


Sasha Sood
Vice President
Sasha currently serves on the Dean's Council as the VP of Internal Affairs. Sasha Sood is a senior at the University of Arizona, studying Finance. Sasha is involved in a variety of organizations on campus, including Eller College's Dean's Council, the Wall Street Scholars Program, Investments Club, Financial Modeling Club, and her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. After graduation, Sasha will be furthering her finance ambitions in New York City, where she will be working in Investment Banking at Bank of America.

Adiah Jackson
VP of Finance
Adiah Jackson is from Boise, ID, and is majoring in Accounting, Finance, and MIS. He is involved in Beta Alpha Psi, Eller College Dean's Council, and previously in Premier. He is passionate about helping others succeed and in his free time he enjoys partaking in photography!

Gabriella Nkeze
VP of Membership
Gabriella Nkeze is a junior originally from Seattle, Washington. She is double majoring in Operations/Supply Chain Management and Management Information Systems. Gabriella is a team leader, an excellent communicator, and a stellar collaborator. Outside of the Dean's Council, she is involved in Delta Sigma Pi, Wildcat Formula Racing Club, Eller African American Honorary, and UA Bookworms. She values lifelong learning and hopes to aid others in their journeys toward self-discovery in the long run.

Austin Elberg
VP of Correspondence
Austin is an Honors sophomore student majoring in Finance and Information Science with a minor in Global Business. He is a member of the Wall Street Scholars Program, FESO Representative of the Financial Modeling Club, and Vice Chair of the Eller Sexuality and Gender Equality Board. Over this past summer, he interned as a Wealth Management Summer Analyst at BGK Capital and studied abroad in Paris and Barcelona. In his free time, he enjoys reading, writing, and thrift shopping.

Natalie Dafoe
VP of Public Relations
Natalie Dafoe is a current senior studying Marketing with a minor in Global Business. Outside of her studies, she serves at the Vice President of Public Relations for the Eller College Dean's Council and the Vice President of Internal Affairs for the Eller Leadership Board. Additionally, she is a member of Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity and Student Mobilization, a student-mentor for the Eller Rising Professionals program, a Resident Assistant and Desk Assistant on campus, and a marketing intern with Diagrid Advisors! In her free time, you can find Natalie thrifting, reading a book, trying a new coffee shop, or going to a U of A athletic event!

Angelica Ingram
VP of Alumni Relations
Angelica is a sophomore studying Marketing and Global Business. She is currently serving as the Vice President of Alumni Relations on the Dean’s Council and Marketing Chair for Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority and Professional Woman in Business Association. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and finding new coffee shops around town with friends.

Rachelle Nzeke
VP of Internal Affairs
Rachelle Nkeze, an accomplished individual, possesses a diverse array of skills and passions that influence her future aspirations. Showcasing a strong interest in human resources personnel recruitment and management, she illustrates a commitment to fostering a positive impact in professional environments. Following several years of experience in the Human Resources field, she aims to venture into entrepreneurship within the massage therapy sector, driven by her genuine affection for providing massages, particularly within her family. The joy she derives from giving her family massages serves as a testament to her caring nature and the satisfaction she gains from helping others feel great by reducing pain, and stress, and promoting relaxation.

Addison Porch
VP of External Affairs
Addison Porch is a Junior majoring in Finance and Economics. In addition to being a member of the Dean’s Council, she is also a member of the Wall Street Scholars Program, Vice President of External Affairs for Kappa Alpha Theta, Vice President of Communications for the Investments club, and Vice President of Membership for the new business fraternity, Phi Gamma Nu. This past summer she spent her time interning at the MOHR Financial Group, a Wealth Management firm in San Diego, and next summer she will be interning in New York at Morgan Stanley in their Institutional Equities Division. In her free time, she enjoys going on runs, grabbing coffee, reading, and watching movies!

Darya Abtahi
VP of External Affairs
Darya Abtahi is from Cupertino, California, and has not been afraid to familiarize herself with all of The University of Arizona's offerings. In her freshman year, she joined her dorm's hall council as a liaison for the Coronado Dorm with the National Residence Hall Honorary and later obtained the Director of Marketing position with NRHH. In Eller, she was a part of PACE, Premier, and the Business of Entertainment club. She is thrilled to continue her passion for student government with the Dean's Council!

Paige Begody
VP of Diversity Equity and Inclusion
Paige Begody is from Carlsbad, California, and is majoring in Management Information Systems. In addition to Eller College Dean’s Council, she is the founder and current President of American Indigenous Business Leaders and is a Chen Chow Bear Down Scholar. She is Navajo, and her native roots ignited her passion for growing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She loves to help students find community and grow within their lives in and outside of the University of Arizona. She enjoys going to the beach, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Natalia Perez Rojas
VP of Informations Technology
Natalia is a Junior studying Management of Information Systems and Marketing. She is an international student from Bogotá, Colombia, and is passionate about diversity and multiculturalism. She currently serves as the VP of Information Technology on the Dean's Council. She is also a member of the business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, Zipperman Scholars, and a team mentor for BCOM314. In her free time, she enjoys working out and trying local Tucson spots.
Setora Latipova

Student Success Chair
Setora Latipova, is a dynamic professional with a strong foundation in business, economics, and data analytics. Selected for the International Conference at Harvard and the World Trade Organization Forum in Geneva, Latipova is recognized as a thought leader. As a Preceptor in MIS and Orientation Leader, she contributed to student growth, guided new students, displaying leadership in campus integration. Proficient in Excel, Python, SQL, and fluent in four languages, including English, Uzbek, Russian, and Arabic. She is an active member of the Arizona Consulting Club. Recently completing a Study Abroad Program in Barcelona, Latipova enhanced cultural awareness. Traveling extensively across Europe, Latipova developed a cross-cultural understanding, adding a global perspective to her dynamic professional profile.

Leopold currently serves on Dean's Council the Staff & Faculty Chair.

Jenna Frannea
Expo & Showcase Coordinator
Jenna Frannea is a junior from Dallas, Texas, pursuing a major in Marketing at Eller. She is also a member of the Rising Stars in Marketing Program and currently serves as the President of Enharmonics A Cappella, a vocal performance group on campus. Having a passion for both creative expression and working with numbers, she intends to combine them by pursuing a career in marketing analytics.

Derek Encinas
General Member
Derek is a Junior who was born in Mexico but has lived most of his life here in the Tucson Arizona area. He is pursuing a major in Accounting with hopes of becoming an IRS Special Agent. In his free time, Derek enjoys playing sports, working out, and trying new foods!
Karla Arvizu
General Member

Karla is originally from Tucson but has lived all her life in Cananea, Sonora, Mexico. She is currently an Honors Accounting student with a minor in Spanish. She is very involved around campus as she takes pride in being the Vice President of Community Service for the Eller Hispanic Honorary, a board member for the Eller Student Excellence Fund, and a member of both ALPFA and Spark. Aside from this, she is an Intern Lead for Cultural and Inclusive Experiential Learning Opportunities, also known as CIELO, and has accepted an offer to be a summer intern with Raytheon Technologies. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, watching moves on repeat, and trying new foods!

Anne Pagel is the Associate Dean of Undergraduate students.

Josh Boda
President
Josh Boda is a junior majoring in Accounting and Management Information Systems. He is passionate about making processes more efficient and having an eye for detail. While on campus he has gotten involved in many different ways within the business school as well as outside of it. He is very focused on growing as a well-rounded human being and using this time in college to the fullest of its potential.

Danny Watkins
General Member
Danny is a junior in Eller studying dual degrees in Finance and Mathematics/Computer Science. He interned/will intern at MIT in Quantum Nanostructures and Nanofabrication his freshman summer, Complex Financial Instruments at BDO this past summer, and Sales and Trading at JP Morgan next summer. He has a background in Quantum Computing and Japanese Woodworking. In his free time, he enjoys Climbing, Tennis, Yoga/Meditation, and Golf.

Mattox King

Mattox is a junior majoring in Finance with a minor in Global Business. Mattox is a part of the Wall Street Scholars Program, TAMID Group, and Financial Modeling Club. Outside of academics, he also plays for the University of Arizona Rugby team. In his free time, he enjoys working out, cooking, and spending time with friends.

Abhi Videm

Abhi is a junior in the Finance program. He is originally from Hyderabad India. Abhi is a part of the student special events team at the university's parking and transportation services. He is also a Cat ambassador at Take Charge Cats. When not at school he enjoys volunteering and spending time with his friends.

Connor Carpenter

Connor is from Madison, WI, and is a Junior majoring in Accounting with a Minor in Real Estate. In addition to Deans Council, he is involved with Eller Management Association and Financial Freedom Club. In his free time, he enjoys playing Intramural sports, being outdoors, and hanging with friends!

Easton Villafuerte

Easton is a junior accounting major from Honolulu, HI. Around campus he is a ThinkTank business tutor and enjoys playing various intramural sports. Easton also enjoys to golf and play video games during his free time.

Abriana Hernandez
Staff & Faculty Co-Chair
Abriana is a Tucson, Arizona native and has always been a Wildcat fan. She is a junior majoring in Finance with a minor in Personal & Family Financial Planning. She is involved in multiple clubs and loves being part of the Eller Community. She is the Vice president for the Eller Hispanic Honorary and is also a part of the Financial Modeling club. During her free time, she loves walking her Basset hounds and hiking trails in Sabino Canyon.

Sam Gibbon
General Member
Sam is a junior from Rapid City, South Dakota studying Economics and Mathematics. He is also a tutor for the Writing Center and math department, on the executive board of Students for Sustainability, and a campus tour guide with Arizona Ambassadors. Heavily involved in mathematical biology research, he intends to pursue a Ph.D. in Economics or Applied Math to apply systems theory to economic policy or biological networks. In his free time, Sam enjoys rock climbing, going on runs, hiking, and reading!

Nick Horonenko

Nick Horonenko is a Junior majoring in Finance. Throughout his college career, he has been fortunate enough to meet some incredible individuals who introduced him to more finance oriented extracurriculars such as the Wall Street Scholars Program, Investments Club, and Financial Modeling Club. He serves as a general council member with ECDC and looks forward to serving Eller until Graduation!

Lucy Carr
General Member
Lucy Carr is a junior from Salt Lake City, Utah studying Economics, with minors in Government and Public Policy and Bioethics. She is involved in the Eller College Dean's Council, BA Economics Board, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and works as a tutor at the SALT Center on campus. She is interested in the intersection between economics and law and has aspirations of attending law school. She loves exploring new cafes to study at and is a coffee and tea enthusiast. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, playing tennis, reading, and spending time with the people she loves.

Kilan White

Kilan is a junior majoring in Economics from Phoenix, Arizona. He’s involved in a variety of Eller clubs and activities, and aspires to attend law school after graduation. In his free time, he enjoys playing piano and intramural sports!

Annika Solanky is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. She is a sophomore majoring in accounting. Outside of the Dean's Council, she is involved in Premier Alumni Council as their Vice President of Finance and Investments Club. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, pickleball, and painting!

Bella Nicolas

Bella is a Junior at University of Arizona majoring in Business management. She loves traveling and has mixed that passion for new places with her professional life of experiencing internships all over the country. She loves new experiences and learning new things. Bella is also a member of Sigma Kappa and enjoys reading and spending time with her family in her free time!

Janhavi is a sophomore double majoring in Business Economics and Law, as well as Minoring in Psychology in hopes of working in the corporate law field one day. She is passionate about advocacy and servant leadership in everything that she does.

Chase Martin

Chase is a senior from Lake Oswego, Oregon pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and minoring in Business Administration and Finance. He is not only a member of Eller College Deans Council, but is currently VP of Internal Affairs for Arizona Consulting Club, and formerly Captain of Arizona Men's Lacrosse. Over this past summer, he was a Sales Intern at Pacific Office Automation back home in Portland. He is a passionate and team-oriented person that strives to help others in his community succeed.
