ELECTED MEMBERS
Currently the council has ~30 elected members, each representing a different population within the Eller College of Management.
To become a member, you must be nominated by faculty.


Kilan White
Vice President
Kilan is a senior majoring in Economics from Phoenix, Arizona. He’s involved in a variety of Eller clubs and activities, and aspires to attend law school after graduation. In his free time, he enjoys playing piano and intramural sports!

Sasha Sood
VP of Finance
Sasha currently serves on the Dean's Council as the VP of Internal Affairs. Sasha Sood is a senior at the University of Arizona, studying Finance. Sasha is involved in a variety of organizations on campus, including Eller College's Dean's Council, the Wall Street Scholars Program, Investments Club, Financial Modeling Club, and her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. After graduation, Sasha will be furthering her finance ambitions in New York City, where she will be working in Investment Banking at Bank of America.

Bella Nicolas
VP of Membership
Bella currently majors in Business management. She loves traveling and has mixed that passion for new places with her professional life of experiencing internships all over the country. She loves new experiences and learning new things. Bella is also a member of Sigma Kappa and enjoys reading and spending time with her family in her free time!

Sam Gibbon
VP of Correspondence
Sam is a junior from Rapid City, South Dakota studying Economics and Mathematics. He is also a tutor for the Writing Center and math department, on the executive board of Students for Sustainability, and a campus tour guide with Arizona Ambassadors. Heavily involved in mathematical biology research, he intends to pursue a Ph.D. in Economics or Applied Math to apply systems theory to economic policy or biological networks. In his free time, Sam enjoys rock climbing, going on runs, hiking, and reading!

Anne Pagel is the Associate Dean of Undergraduate students.

Austin Elberg
President
Austin serves as the current President of the Dean's Council, and is a senior majoring in Finance and minoring in Global Business. He is involved in several organizations within Eller, including directing the Investment Banking track of the Wall Street Scholars Program, leading the Healthcare Sector of the Endowment Fund, and as Treasurer of the Investments Club. After graduation, he will be heading to New York City to work in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan.

Rachelle Nzeke
Expo & Showcase Coordinator
Rachelle Nkeze, an accomplished individual, possesses a diverse array of skills and passions that influence her future aspirations. Showcasing a strong interest in human resources personnel recruitment and management, she illustrates a commitment to fostering a positive impact in professional environments. Following several years of experience in the Human Resources field, she aims to venture into entrepreneurship within the massage therapy sector, driven by her genuine affection for providing massages, particularly within her family. The joy she derives from giving her family massages serves as a testament to her caring nature and the satisfaction she gains from helping others feel great by reducing pain, and stress, and promoting relaxation.

Lucy Carr
VP of Alumni Relations
Lucy Carr is a junior from Salt Lake City, Utah studying Economics, with minors in Government and Public Policy and Bioethics. She is involved in the Eller College Dean's Council, BA Economics Board, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and works as a tutor at the SALT Center on campus. She is interested in the intersection between economics and law and has aspirations of attending law school. She loves exploring new cafes to study at and is a coffee and tea enthusiast. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, playing tennis, reading, and spending time with the people she loves.

Imon Contractor
VP of Internal Affairs
Imon Contractor is a student majoring in Operations and Supply Chain Management. She is passionate about leadership, logistics, and data analysis. While on campus, she has taken on various leadership roles within the business school and beyond. With a background in the U.S. Army, she values discipline and teamwork. She is deeply passionate about community service and is dedicated to making a positive impact through volunteering and philanthropy.

Abriana Hernandez
VP of Diversity Equity and Inclusion
Abriana is a Tucson, Arizona native and has always been a Wildcat fan. She is a junior majoring in Finance with a minor in Personal & Family Financial Planning. She is involved in multiple clubs and loves being part of the Eller Community. She is the Vice president for the Eller Hispanic Honorary and is also a part of the Financial Modeling club. During her free time, she loves walking her Basset hounds and hiking trails in Sabino Canyon.

Marissa Isabella Partida
VP of Public Relations
Marissa is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an expected graduation in May 2027. She is involved in Eller College Dean’s Council and Professional Women in Business Association. She has aspirations of becoming a CEO after graduation, leading innovative and impactful businesses. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, going to the gym, hiking, and cheering on the Wildcats on game days!

Miku Hori
VP of Information Technology
Miku Hori is from Sydney, Australia. She is currently double majoring in Management Information Systems and Operations and Supply Chain Management. Outside of Dean’s Council Miku is a part of the Business of Entertainment Club. She is bilingual in Japanese and English. She joined the Dean’s Council to support all Eller students who are in need of assistance including international students, drawing from her own experience. In her free time, she loves to spend time with friends, go to cafés, shopping, listen to music, watch movies, and crochet.

Rylie Adams
VP of External Relations
Rylie is a junior majoring in Accounting from Tucson, Arizona. She has loved being involved in the Eller community through Dean's council, Students Consulting for Nonprofits, Arizona Consulting Club and Arizona Strategy Program. Rylie plans to complete her Master's in Accounting at the University of Arizona with plans to intern with Deloitte after obtaining her undergraduate degree. In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga and afternoon tea with her mom.

Janhavi Mehta
Student Success Chair
Janhavi is a sophomore double majoring in Business Economics and Law, as well as Minoring in Psychology in hopes of working in the corporate law field one day. She is passionate about advocacy and servant leadership in everything that she does.

Annika Solanky
Staff & Faculty Co-Chair
Annika Solanky is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. She is a sophomore majoring in accounting. Outside of the Dean's Council, she is involved in Premier Alumni Council as their Vice President of Finance and Investments Club. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, pickleball, and painting!

Ean McMahon
Staff and Faculty Award Chair
Ean is currently a sophomore from San Diego pursuing a degree in Finance and a minor in Political Science. Outside of Dean's Council, he is a member of the Student Entrepreneur Association. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking, camping, walking, and running!

Leah Callahan
Staff and Faculty Award Chair, Spring Showcase Director
Leah is a Sophomore intending to major in Accounting and Management from Phoenix, Arizona. She is involved in the Accounting Students Association and serves as a Mentor in the LEAD Program. She aspires to attend law school and is currently pursuing a Thematic Pre-Law Minor. When back home Leah actively volunteers with the American Legion Auxiliary. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, board games, and spending time with her friends.

Gabriella Currie
General Member
Gabriella Currie is a sophomore from the Bay Area in California. She is majoring in Finance with a minor in Global Business. Beyond her involvement in the Dean's Council, she is the Vice President of Finance and Housing in Alpha Phi, Academic Chair in Phi Gamma Nu, a preceptor for MGMT 202 and a member of the Investments Club. This past summer she interned abroad in Dublin, Ireland and had the opportunity to explore Europe!

Setora Latipova
General Member
Setora Latipova, is a dynamic professional with a strong foundation in business, economics, and data analytics. Selected for the International Conference at Harvard and the World Trade Organization Forum in Geneva, Latipova is recognized as a thought leader. As a Preceptor in MIS and Orientation Leader, she contributed to student growth, guided new students, displaying leadership in campus integration. Proficient in Excel, Python, SQL, and fluent in four languages, including English, Uzbek, Russian, and Arabic. She is an active member of the Arizona Consulting Club. Recently completing a Study Abroad Program in Barcelona, Latipova enhanced cultural awareness. Traveling extensively across Europe, Latipova developed a cross-cultural understanding, adding a global perspective to her dynamic professional profile.

Nick Horonenko
General Member
Nick Horonenko is a Junior majoring in Finance. Throughout his college career, he has been fortunate enough to meet some incredible individuals who introduced him to more finance oriented extracurriculars such as the Wall Street Scholars Program, Investments Club, and Financial Modeling Club. He serves as a general council member with ECDC and looks forward to serving Eller until Graduation!

Angelina Santiago
General Member
Angelina Santiago is a local Tucsonan currently pursuing a degree in Accounting. She is involved with the Professional Women in Business Association, and currently serves as their Vice President of Finance. During the spring she volunteers with United Way Tucson as a Tax Preparer. She enjoys yoga, cooking, and trying new restaurants.

Elliot Tran
General Member
Elliot Tran is a senior majoring in Marketing with a passion for storytelling in creative branding and advertising. He is currently involved with the Eller Rising Stars in Marketing Program as their VP of Marketing, and served as the Director of Marketing for the Asian Corporate and Entrepreneur Leaders Eller chapter. Professionally, he’s gained skills in media production, strategic creative, and marketing through his experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Public Affairs Intern, and Social Media Coordinator. In his free time, he’s dedicated to his hobbies, which include Basketball, Guitar, Videography, Photography, Thrifting, and Sewing.

Rachel Zheng

Rachel is a sophomore at the University of Arizona intending to major in Finance and Business Analytics. Within Eller, she’s also involved with the Arizona Consulting Club and Phi Gamma Nu. In her free time, she enjoys trying cafés with friends, watching movies, and shopping!

Maria deGrasse
General Member
Maria studies accounting within the Dhaliwal-Reidy School of Accountancy. Not only is she an active member of the Eller College Dean’s Council, but she is also VP of Programming for the Eller Leadership Board and a member of Chi Omega. In her free time, she loves to rock climb and painting.

Camila Monreal
General Member
Camila is a junior double majoring in Management Information Systems and Operations and Supply Chain Management with an expected graduation date in May 2027. She is involved in Eller College Deans Council, Association for Latino Professionals For America, and Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. She has aspirations of working in Defense companies in operations and information systems. In her free time, she enjoys cycling and being active, trying new coffee shops, and cheering on the Wildcats on game days with friends.

Mia Villa-Ruiz
General Member
Mia Villa-Ruiz is a sophomore intending to major in Marketing, with an expected graduation date of May 2028. In addition to her involvement in the Eller Dean’s Council, she serves as the VP of Marketing for the Eller Hispanic Honorary, is an Eller Ambassador, and works as the Student Coordinator for Eller Make a Difference Day. Outside of school, she also manages her own photography business, where she specializes in portrait and graduation photography.

Om Jariwala
General Member
Om is an international Marketing senior from India with a minor in Film and Television Studies. As president of Hack Arizona, he leads one of UofA’s largest tech initiatives, partnering with industry to advance AI and VR innovation. He also directs marketing and operations for the Varsity Sports Show and works with Enrollment Management on major events for incoming students. With strengths in strategy, events, and creative marketing, Om is driven toward a career in film entertainment and sports marketing.

Juliana Oteiza
General Member
Juliana Oteiza is a sophomore from the Bay Area, California. She is majoring in pre business, intending marketing, with a certificate in sports management. She is a current member in Alpha Delta Pi sorority and in the sports management association club where she focuses on leadership skills, networking and collaborating with others. She values teamwork and supporting others in the midst of their academic and professional journeys.

Isaac Sabala
General Member
Isaac is pursuing a major in Accounting and is expected to graduate in Fall 2027. He is actively involved in campus organizations, including the Eller Transfer Ambassadors. Isaac values meaningful networking opportunities and innovative collaboration in both his personal and professional life. In addition to these interests, he enjoys fashion, drawing, hiking, and free writing.

Emily Shaver

Emily is studying Operations and Supply Chain Management with a minor in Chinese Language. Driven by service and leadership, she participates in Arizona Ambassadors, Links Junior Honorary, and Phi Gamma Nu in addition to Dean's Council. Originally from Eugene, Oregon, she takes any chance to spend time outdoors and enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.

Kayla Lyons

Kayla majors in Accounting and will be graduating Fall 2027. She enjoys being involved in extracurriculars like clubs, events, and volunteering. Within her professional and personal life, she is passionate about making connections and trying new things. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, walking, and reading.

Chris Piccioni

Chris is a second year student at the Eller College of Management studying accounting within the Dhaliwal - Reidy School of Accountancy. Outside of academics, Chris enjoys traveling and playing tennis for the club team.

Sajani Patel

Sajani is an Arizona native majoring in Finance with a minor in Public Health. She is actively involved in the Wall Street Scholars Program, Flying Samaritans, Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations, and the Financial Modeling Club. In her free time, she enjoys paddleboarding, running 5ks, attending R&B concerts, and exploring local farmers' markets.

Edna Urbieta

Edna is a sophomore from Mexico pursuing a degree in Finance with an expected graduation in May 2028. She is involved in Eller College Dean’s Council, Zipperman Scholars, and Eller Hispanic Honorary. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, discovering new coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family.

Mark Seery

Mark is a Tucson native currently majoring in Accounting. Around Eller, he is the President of the Eller African American Honorary and works at the front desks most days. In his free time, he enjoys watching football (go Cowboys), building computers, and hiking. After graduation, he intends to pursue a Master’s in Accounting and a career at a Big 4 accounting firm.

Ally Apostol

Ally is a sophomore at the University of Arizona from Chandler, Arizona. She is pursuing a degree in Accounting and loves being apart of the Eller community. Ally is involved in Eller Dean’s Council and is a member of Pi Beta Phi. In her free time, she loves traveling, meeting new people, hiking, and spending time with friends!

Brynn Davis

Brynn is a student majoring in Finance and minoring in Spanish. She is from Phoenix, AZ and has been a wildcat her entire life. Outside of Dean’s council, she is currently involved in Delta Sigma Pi, Eller Ambassadors, as well as the Arizona Women’s Lacrosse Team where she serves as the Director of Operations, as well as a player. She has a passion for leadership and helping others and hopes to go into a profession that combines both.

Chance Herrington

Chance is part of the Eller Dean's Council as a general member, and an active member of Eller Rising Professionals, focusing on professional development. He has received recognition from the SALT Center as student of the month, honoring his commitment to academics and utilization of their services.

Halle Highberger
General Member
Halle is a Business Economics major with a minor in Global Business, originally from Vancouver, Canada. In addition to her involvement in the Dean's Council, she serves as Business Chair for Gamma Phi Beta sorority, is an active member of the Eller Professional Sales Club, and holds a position on the Executive Board of the Elevation Ski & Snowboard Club. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Halle enjoys skiing, surfing, and playing volleyball.

Taylor Ryan

Taylor Ryan is a marketing major from Los Angeles, California. She is actively involved on campus as a member of Alpha Phi, the Greek honor society Order of Omega, and the Eller College Dean’s Council. Taylor is passionate about brand development and advertising, with experience in entrepreneurship and app development. She is particularly interested in the media and entertainment space and hopes to pursue a career in film and television advertising after graduation.

Tristen Escalante

Tristen is a junior from Yuma, Arizona, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Retailing and Consumer Sciences. She serves as VP of Communications for Phi Gamma Nu, an Eller Ambassador, and as Panhellenic Assistant for Kappa Alpha Theta. Within Eller, she works for the Marketing Department and is a Preceptor for Marketing and Management courses. In her free time, Tristen enjoys exploring new coffee shops, painting banners, going on walks, and staying active at the gym!

Grayson Brannan

Grayson Brannan is a student at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management with an interest in consulting and sales. He serves as Vice President of Membership for Phi Gamma Nu, where he focuses on recruitment and building a strong, connected community. He is passionate about leadership and relationship-building and is excited to contribute to the Eller College Dean’s Council. In his free time, he enjoys staying active and being around people who push him to grow.

Sophia Rocco

Sophia Rocco is a Business Management major with a Pre-Law minor at the University of Arizona, originally from Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of Dean’s Council, she is an active member of Gamma Phi Beta, Phi Gamma Nu, and Kappa Alpha Pi. She is passionate about leadership, aviation, advocacy, and pursuing a career in law. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
